Dorwin Yap's Birthday 2006

It is always Dorwin who has been organising the birthday parties for all of us, so when it comes to her birthday, how can we not organise one for her?
It was supposed to be a secret but somehow 2 hours before the lunch, the 'cat' ran out of the bag.
